Our comprehensive core and collection solution utilizes the Redexim 1517, delivering efficient, precision aeration followed by fast, clean core removal.

The process begins with the VertiDrain—a standard unit set to a maximum working depth of 4 inches, without kick. In real-world applications, it covers approximately 0.5 acres per hour, allowing up to 4 acres to be completed in a typical 8-hour day. The machine is fitted with turf hold-down kits, similar to a Toro 648, and offers superior performance compared to the John Deere Aercore in these conditions.

18 Holes can easily be completed in 1 day.

Depending on client preference, the aerator can be outfitted with either a plough to pull cores to the edge or a windrower attachment, which lines up the cores neatly for collection. This system pairs seamlessly with our ProGator-mounted core harvester, which throws collected material directly into the vehicle bed for efficient removal and dumping at a location specified by the client.

This fully automated process is significantly faster and cleaner than modern sweepers, and is capable of keeping pace with the VertiDrain—ensuring no bottlenecks during operation.

Both machines are operated by a two-person team, allowing us to keep the service affordable and streamlined for golf courses and sports facilities.

Optional topdressing can also be included upon request by using a utility mounted disk top dresser.
