There’s a gap between what’s expected and what’s required to ensure a safe, playable surface, particularly in high-demand sports like football and soccer.

Pricing?
Pricing is very challenging every field is different.
BUT
We can give you a price range which includes the operations, chemicals, fertilizer, Seeding, free agronomic advice and if needed mowing.
Maintenance programs will run through March/April to September.
Our basic package for one Athletic field is $6,000
Our most comprehensive for one Athletic field can be $30,000
Based on a 2 Acre field
Big difference in price! Well you get much more for $30,000 especially in regard to chemicals and fertilizers. Our visits increase dramatically and applications of chemicals and fertilizer are more frequent. These are all included in our set price. Mowing can also be included but this raises the price dramatically. Sand capped fields which drain very well also leach nutrients quickly and need regular applications of fertilizer to ensure they do not thin out this also increases the price.
Our basic package is really great value and offers Aeration, fertilization and Verticutting in the season. We can move these in and out of the program to tailor make a customized program. Such as dropping the Verticut and adding a wetting agent application if your struggle is water restrictions and so on.
That's the customized part.
We listen to your restrictions and and field experience and interchange applications to deliver the best results taking your budget into account.
If you have $10,000 per field we can make that work for you and deliver you a field this year that was better than last year. Continued investment year on year will ensure that the field improves organically each year.
Its cheaper for us if you have multiple fields as we will easily transport from one to the next. There's obviously no transport costs for us. Its very convenient.
If you allow us to do multiple fields we will apply the multi field discount of 10% for two fields, 20% for 3 fields, 30% for 4+ fields.
If its cheaper for us we are going to pass it on to you. That's how we want to earn your business.
When we give you a price and we both agree it isn't going to change. Were going to honor it and you can effectively budget for it.
Payments are taken split evenly over the growing season to spread the cost for you. IE a $6000 package would be $1000 a month.

We have partnered with Lawn Capital who can provide a total maintenance solution across your whole property, This service is combined with our sports field maintenance programs that manages and maintains the sports turf element of the operation. Together we can bring you property to the next level and provide a turn key service.

Football / Soccer Field
Football fields have a bad habit of wearing out through center field, goal lines and end zones. If not maintained properly these areas can wear out and during winter months when the growth is slow and they can become washed out which then leaves holes throughout the field that fill with water every time it rains...
Leave it to long you end up relaying the field as the sod work is too extensive and grade is lost.
The cheapest thing to do is look after what you have. Seriously.
Like any home owner knows completing timely repairs whilst they are small enough to repair with minimal cost is best, rather than kicking it down the road.

Athletic - Multi-Purpose Field
Most general athletic fields are used a lot. Spreading the wear all over the grass field is the most important with regular field rotation. Goals must moved periodically and things must be shifted around otherwise particular areas of grass that receive the most wear will deteriorate until they eventually wear away.
Keeping a healthy fertilized and well aerated field builds a strong field that is more resistant to heavy foot traffic and wear.
The most important thing is to still rotate the field regularly but having a healthy field significantly helps!
